Job Summary: Work in the Quality area of civil construction, conducting training sessions, disseminating policies, ensuring service and material quality control, and supporting technical reviews. Ensuring control and quality of services and materials This position is intended for professionals available and interested in performing Quality-related activities at a civil construction company located in Sorocaba \- São Paulo. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct onboarding and operational training; * Disseminate the Quality Policy; * Ensure control and quality of services and materials; * Support technical document reviews; * Inspect units ready for delivery; * Populate reports and monitor third-party suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed a technical course in Building Construction, or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering or Architecture during early stages; * Basic computer skills; * Familiarity with ISO standards and PBQP\-h (Brazilian Program for Quality and Productivity in Habitat) is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work on Saturdays occasionally, as required. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * On-site work at construction sites, with regular frequency; * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance via card (R$ 38.00 per working day); * Transportation allowance in cash (corresponding to the daily public transportation fare); * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break); * Location: Piazza de Roma (Sorocaba \- SP).
