Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Process Automation Analyst to enhance the company's operational efficiency through process mapping, opportunity identification, and automation implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Support the mapping and documentation of internal processes. 2. Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement. 3. Assist in implementing automation tools and digital workflows. We are looking for a Junior Process Automation Analyst to support the improvement and organization of the company's internal processes. This person will collaborate with various departments to map routines, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in implementing simple automations using digital tools, artificial intelligence, and workflow platforms. This position is ideal for individuals interested in processes, organization, technology, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the mapping and documentation of the company's internal processes; * Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement; * Assist in implementing automation tools and digital workflows; * Support process standardization across departments such as customer service, procurement, human resources, and administration; * Monitor simple efficiency and quality indicators for processes; * Create documentation, flowcharts, and operational manuals; * Support internal training on new processes or tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Interest in processes, organization, and continuous improvement; * Proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheets; * Analytical and organized mindset; * Strong communication skills for interacting with various departments; * Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to simple process automation. **Additional Information** * Basic knowledge of process automation (RPA or workflows); * Experience with tools such as Excel / Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, or Trello; * Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate; * Experience using generative AI to automate tasks and improve workflows; * Knowledge of flowcharts or BPMN.
