Job Summary: Professional to provide support in the implementation, organization, and analysis of CRM; planning and execution of campaigns; ensuring LGPD compliance; and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments. Ensure LGPD compliance in data usage **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the implementation of the CRM department (processes, workflows, routines, and governance); * Organize customer databases, integrate data sources, and standardize customer information; * Support behavioral, retention, recurrence, and engagement analyses; * Support the creation of CRM KPIs, dashboards, and metrics; * Plan and execute CRM campaigns (e\-mail, WhatsApp, push, SMS, proprietary channels); * Ensure LGPD compliance in data usage; * Support consent rules, opt\-in/opt\-out mechanisms, and preference management; * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, sales, customer service, IT, and digital teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in CRM, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), Data, or Digital Transformation is a plus; * Prior experience with CRM — minimum 3 years (implementation, operations, or structuring); * Knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, RD Station, or similar); * Familiarity with relationship marketing and digital marketing; * Experience in database segmentation and customer journey mapping; * Knowledge of LGPD as applied to CRM; * Data and KPI analysis (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, BI tools, etc.); * Experience in consumer goods, retail, FMCG, pet care, or pet food companies (preferred); * Knowledge of CX (preferred); * Experience with loyalty programs and platforms (preferred); Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.817,58 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
