Job Summary:
Supervises warehouse logistics operations, coordinating material flow, shift schedules, and delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery through team management.

**Responsibilities:** Supervises the operational organization of the warehouse, inspecting cages, pallets, and work areas at the start of each shift to ensure a safe, productive, and operationally suitable environment.
Coordinates material flow and logistics activities, guiding the team and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficiency and adherence to established deadlines.
Monitors and adjusts work schedules, reallocating resources as needed to ensure operational coverage and continuity of activities.
Defines and monitors internal fleet routes and utilization, aligning with the team on daily destinations and priorities to ensure efficient delivery execution.
Tracks items with daily expiration dates, prioritizing their dispatch to prevent losses, returns, and operational losses.
Conducts periodic alignment meetings with the team and drivers, reinforcing goals, KPIs, and procedures to ensure achievement of expected results.
**Requirements:** Proven experience in logistics, preferably within transportation companies, e-commerce, or last-mile operations;
Previous experience in leadership roles (team leader, supervisor, or operational supervisor);
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including cargo organization, picking, verification, and dispatch;
Experience managing operational teams, including shift control and task distribution;
Knowledge of route planning and delivery tracking (last mile);
Familiarity with operational KPIs (SLAs, productivity, deadlines, service levels);
Basic/intermediate Excel skills and experience with logistics management systems (TMS is a plus);
Flexible availability (shift work);
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in high-volume operations (e-commerce peak periods);
Experience managing light fleets and drivers;
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Lean, etc.);
Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
**Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, negotiable.
**Benefits:** Variable compensation of up to R$ 800.00 upon goal achievement.
