Description

Job Summary: Professional to assist in the implementation of a cost system, perform data validation, analyze processes and inventories, prepare reports, and support continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the implementation and validation of cost systems 2. Analysis and audit of Manufacturing Order processes 3. Support for improvements in internal controls and production processes * Assist in implementing the new cost system, performing data input and validating information within the system. * Gather and verify information with Engineering and Production departments, ensuring consistency of technical and production data. * Review, audit, and analyze the entire Manufacturing Order (MO) process, from initiation to closure. * Conduct inventory analyses of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods, identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies. * Prepare monthly cost, production, and incident reports to support monitoring of industrial performance. * Perform detailed analysis of cost movements and postings in the system to prevent errors, reporting inaccuracies, and data distortions. * Identify and support correction of inventory discrepancies, raw material consumption, and finishing variances. * Conduct quantitative analyses of production, consumption, and cost variances. * Assist in preparing and updating budgets for special products, correcting component values and structures as needed. * Support improvements in internal controls related to costs, inventories, and production processes.
