




**Main Responsibilities** * Manage the store's daily operational routine; * Lead, guide, and develop the sales team; * Monitor performance indicators (targets, sales, average transaction value, conversion rate); * Ensure high-quality customer service; * Plan staff schedules, days off, and timekeeping; * Oversee cash register opening and closing procedures; * Manage inventory, goods receipt, restocking, and stocktaking; * Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and standardization; * Supervise window displays, product presentation, and promotional campaigns; * Resolve customer conflicts, complaints, and requests; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and procedures; * Report results and incidents to management.
