




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service and prospecting, both in-person and via telephone and externally, as well as managing customer registrations and tracking proposals and customer portfolios. Collaboration in planning commercial activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Track proposals throughout the evaluation process and communicate outcomes (positive or negative) to customers; * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with the supervisor on sales origination; * Assist the management team in planning store activities. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
