Your main objective is to ensure full compliance with the Concession Agreement, maintain high operational performance standards, and promote user and regulatory agency satisfaction. **Main Challenges** * Ensure alignment with Business Planning and the Concession Agreement. * Guarantee satisfaction of internal and external customers and regulatory agencies. * Implement continuous improvements in processes, operational flows, and key performance indicators. * Lead strategies that strengthen the reputation and efficiency of the business unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * Lead internal initiatives for development and organizational climate, aligned with People and Management guidelines. * Periodically evaluate operational indicators and results, ensuring compliance with contractual parameters. * Conduct management meetings for process review, project approval, and procedure reengineering. * Act as a facilitator with the Contract Management team and Regulatory Agencies, ensuring timely delivery of reports, data, and contractual documents. * Evaluate feedback and customer service data, implementing action plans to improve user satisfaction indices. * Define operational, financial, ESG, and Compliance goals, indicators, and action plans. * Implement and support occupational safety programs, ensuring certification and maintenance of the SGI. * Conduct technical visits, analyzing resources, team sizing, and budget preparation. * Collect and analyze data to support studies for new highway division business opportunities. * Manage the Road Safety process, ensuring implementation of post-accident action plans. * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term operational strategies focused on continuous improvement. * Comply and enforce compliance, anti-bribery (ISO 37301 / ISO 37001) and risk management policies. * Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, road safety, and occupational health and safety standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor’s degree completed; Knowledge in Finance (budget preparation and analysis, income statement, and cash flow), Business Management and Strategy; Basic English proficiency. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across the country, moving thousands of people every day by providing mobility in an ethical manner that generates positive societal impact.
