Ensures implementation and control of Facilities policies, maintaining updated processes, documents, and forms, guaranteeing their application across departments and supporting audits with evidence and operational compliance. Manages assets and operational inventory, controlling equipment, furniture, PPEs, and devices; conducting periodic inventories; recording movements; and proposing actions to reduce losses and increase resource durability.
