




Main responsibilities: Coordinate the Human Resources and Personnel Department, implementing and ensuring the implementation of all subsystems. Continuously pursue team training initiatives, process and routine improvements, including transformation and automation of activities/tasks; Develop and implement strategies for the efficient administration of benefits and human resources development programs. Comply with current labor legislation. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Experience in labor legislation, personnel department routines, and team leadership.
