




**Requirements**: Experience in coordination of recruitment practices, payroll, employee relations, and HR software. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields in Humanities. Organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of software and labor laws. **Description of activities the professional will perform**: Coordinate all systems and subsystems of the Human Resources area, lead training and development projects, performance evaluation, job positions and salaries, internal marketing, talent retention, and recruitment and selection for the entire network; define and monitor performance indicators.
