After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate cargo and material handling machinery and equipment. * Prepare pallets for the picking area and execute material handling and loading processes. * Support the execution of inventory routines. * Perform quality routines, including disposal of rework materials and equipment cleaning, while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and executing the Process Technical Standard (PTP). * Carry out routine management activities, including issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; preparing non-conformance reports; implementing organization and cleaning routines (5S); identifying anomalies; and proposing improvements. * Know and apply conscious consumption and natural resource conservation practices in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. **Worth noting:** One shift from 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, Monday through Saturday. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * Profit-sharing program (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for Youth and Adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
