Management of proposals and monitoring of customer portfolio **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider — PJ * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally via PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Monitor proposals throughout the evaluation process and communicate outcomes to customers (positive or negative); * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with the supervisor to facilitate sale origination; * Assist in planning store activities together with management. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
