




Job Summary: A professional responsible for integrating construction site activities with company administration, performing controls, organizing documentation, and providing support to the engineering team. Essential support to the engineering team and site supervisors V Integrate construction site activities with company administration; V Provide control information for project monitoring; V Conduct and manage timekeeping records for the operational team; V Manually record employee attendance on the appropriate form when necessary; V Identify meal suppliers in the construction site area and monitor daily consumption; V Coordinate with the Human Resources department to submit employee information and manage transportation vouchers; V Manage uniforms and PPE jointly with the warehouse clerk or site Occupational Safety Technician, requesting replenishment as needed; V Guide the operational team regarding company administrative rules and procedures; V Track overtime hours worked, absences, and lunch/dinner schedules of the operational team; V Monitor the entry and exit of equipment, machinery, and materials at the construction site; V Track daily reports for heavy equipment and aggregates; V Receive, log, and forward employees' medical certificates to the Human Resources department; V Prepare sketches of construction projects when requested or required; V Allocate daily production and cost reports; V Organize the distribution of invoices and production reports and forward them to central measurement; V Provide full support to site supervisors/foremen and production engineers.
