Support slaughterhouse production line activities, ensuring proper processing, handling, packaging, and organization of products, strictly adhering to quality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in slaughterhouse production process stages as assigned to the department (e.g., slaughtering, cutting, deboning, packaging, freezing, shipping, etc.); * Handle meat and products according to established standards; * Operate simple production equipment while observing safety regulations; * Perform product weighing, sorting, packaging, and labeling; * Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment; * Strictly comply with personal hygiene standards, PPE usage, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Assist in visual quality control of products; * Support loading and unloading of goods when required; * Follow standard operating procedures and leadership instructions.
