Integrated work with multidisciplinary areas We are looking for a **Production Engineer**, at **Junior or Senior level**, to drive continuous process improvement, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and excellence in results. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, develop, and optimize production processes; * Apply quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies; * Lead cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement projects; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans; * Collaborate integrally with multidisciplinary areas; * Prepare technical reports and present results to management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Production Engineering; * Experience commensurate with Junior or Senior level; * **Intermediate-level English** (reading, writing, and speaking); * **Black Belt Certification in Quality**; * Knowledge of quality tools and data analysis. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in continuous improvement projects; * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and results orientation.
