Support the development of projects and provide assistance to students, teachers, and collaborators participating in initiatives offered by LIS, managing mobilization and support efforts aimed at fulfilling LIS's mission of enriching Facens students' education with a critical and civic-minded perspective on the world we live in. **Responsibilities and duties** 1\-Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of LIS projects and their developments through alignment meetings, research, and various activities aimed at advancing these initiatives 2\-Draft minutes, reports, update spreadsheets (including volunteer participation records), and presentations to document results by preparing these documents 3\-Carry out operational tasks (e.g., booking and organizing rooms, equipment, and necessary documents) and support the organization and promotion of events by following schedules for content dissemination 4\-Act as liaison with Facens Marketing, including supporting social campaigns, as well as managing social media—for instance, events, projects, news, and Elemídia—by submitting service requests or creating promotional materials to expand the knowledge promoted by LIS 5\-Provide support and conduct training sessions and workshops by developing manuals and procedural documents to engage participants **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Higher Education program in engineering, architecture and urban planning, or health * Desirable proficiency in Office Suite and AutoCAD * Desirable prior experience in socio-environmental volunteer activities * Good understanding/usage of social media Knowledge of project management tools * **Additional information** Financial aid scholarship \+ transportation allowance \+ Gympass \+ life insurance \+ SESC Facens is a Smart Campus, an innovative patented concept of an intelligent campus.
