




Job Summary: A professional responsible for procurement management, inventory control, order tracking, and material management in the SAP system, acting as the interface with suppliers and internal departments. Development of planning and control spreadsheets * Responsible for generating **PR – Purchase Requisition** for materials and services in the client's SAP system. * Interface with the procurement department to monitor the status of requisitions and conduct internal follow-ups. * Conduct follow-ups with suppliers to track delivery deadlines and order status. * Develop and update planning and control spreadsheets for materials with open orders. * Monitor material arrivals and perform basic verification of purchased electrical and mechanical items. * Manage material inventory, ensuring daily updates of control spreadsheets. * Monitor and control project costs, including materials and labor. * Familiarity with the SAP system is desirable. * Knowledge of inventory control and order tracking is required. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel). * English proficiency is desirable.
