Reporting to the **Innovation Coordinator**, the **Technical Training Analyst III \- AI Instructor** role involves: **Key day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Support the manager in managing and planning departmental activities, including resource allocation to efficiently, effectively, and productively meet project demand. * Independently develop technical training scopes and deliver basic to advanced technical AI training in accordance with established course development guidelines for technical training, identifying key issues for proper training development, proposing pedagogical alternatives, and ensuring alignment with procedures for technological innovation training courses. * Independently implement proposed training programs, including documentation creation and modifications\/enhancements to existing materials, to ensure delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints. * Research and select the most suitable technological resources for planned training, considering pedagogy, technological features, and other relevant factors, to guarantee training excellence according to required quality standards. * Collaborate with internal FIT project partners and external partners during training development, gathering information and\/or providing requested technical support. * Provide technical support to other company departments, as needed, in areas including hardware, software, hardware\/software integration, and dedicated expert systems, to enable effective training development. * Define and\/or recommend and\/or apply training quality techniques and methodologies to drive continuous improvement. * Act as a knowledge multiplier by providing technical support to peers. * Perform other related or inherent duties associated with your work processes. **Experience we are seeking to add to our team:** * Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or other Engineering, Information Technology, or Technology fields. * Experience in technology training and\/or courses involving hardware and software, with hands\-on practical experience. * Pedagogical coordination for training. * Ability to assemble and lead a team for delivering training at both technical and undergraduate levels. * Documentation, requirements elicitation, and specification methodologies. * Microcomputer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio). * Software programming (C, C\+\+, and other technologies). * Project management techniques. * Leadership and people management.
