Collaborative environment focused on continuous learning INTERNSHIP SCHEDULE: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are seeking an Information Technology intern interested in learning and growing in the field of **IT infrastructure**. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to acquire practical experience in a collaborative environment, performing activities related to **technical support, networking, and server administration**. **Tasks you will learn and perform:** * Technical support for local and remote users (hardware, software, and networks); * Assistance in configuring and maintaining computer networks; * Support for Windows server administration (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS); * Assistance in firewall configuration and monitoring; * Documentation of technical procedures and incident tracking; * Assistance in preventive IT infrastructure routines. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking**, or related programs, starting from the **2nd year (3rd semester)**; * Interest in working in the field of **IT infrastructure**; * Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn; * Availability to intern for at least **1 year**. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Basic knowledge of computer networking; * Familiarity with Windows operating systems and remote support tools; * Basic understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, or firewalls. **If you are curious, enjoy problem-solving, and aspire to grow in the IT infrastructure field, this position is for you!** Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1.100,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you currently enrolled in a higher education program?
