We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure collection and recording of data related to performance indicators, tests, and simulations of airport processes, following up with departments responsible for data collection and completing internal controls. * Execute occupational safety process activities to verify compliance with occupational safety guidelines and ensure unsafe acts and conditions affecting the safety of airport site employees are properly analyzed and addressed. * Respond to leadership requests and demands, supporting audits, inspections, public agency oversight, expert assessments, and other activities, ensuring compliance and adherence to implemented OSH management processes, testing systems, processes, and infrastructure. * Conduct workplace inspections, verifying administrative, operational, and construction areas within the airport site, including employee, third-party, concessionaire, and other partner behavior and risk perception, and directing findings to departments capable of resolving identified issues. * Rectify irregularities and reduce process risks by addressing non-conformities related to assigned activities, identifying hazards and assessing risks associated with airport operations, meeting requirements of applicable regulations, and fulfilling, monitoring, and recording compliance with applicable legal requirements. * Monitor adherence of ANAC technical obligations to the Integrated Management System concerning OSH topics, monitoring activities performed at the airport site, as well as controlling and participating in developing area-specific programs and documents, participating in proposed programs and recording them in specific forms. * Train and/or support all employees in training relevant to the Integrated Management System and use of PPE/collective protective equipment (CPE), guiding airport site employees and third parties on process execution, and performing relevant recordkeeping. * Contribute to implementation and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System regarding occupational safety and health activities, supporting certifications, audits, and conducting necessary inspections related to such activities. * Support leadership with information contributing to progress of OSH activities, complying with and enforcing laws and procedures, and standardizing airport site activities. * Contribute to standardization of airport processes, ensuring optimal asset visibility aligned with corporate objectives and goals, maximizing results, and contributing to standardized, systemic, and integrity-based (compliance) operations to achieve agreed-upon outcomes. * Actively participate in accident investigations, interviewing witnesses, collecting information, recording in controls, supporting and participating in committee activities, and documenting in internal controls. * Suggest adaptations to the IMS according to OSH regulatory compliance strategy, proposing necessary process adjustments and ensuring compliance therewith. * Provide support in implementing new IMS processes and improvements across departments through internal training, committee formation, refresher courses, DGI, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Driver's License Category B; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Flexibility to work night shifts; Availability to work in Sorocaba/SP. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily by offering comprehensive mobility solutions generating positive societal impact.
