Install, configure, and maintain systems and equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical failures promptly. Log, track, and update technical service tickets. Perform system functionality tests and validations. Support operational training for users. Comply with client security standards and procedures. Ensure organization and control of used equipment. Maintain constant communication with internal teams and clients. Support improvements and adjustments to technical processes. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Ongoing higher education required.
