We seek a communicative, organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual who enjoys customer service and has an affinity for aesthetics and wellness. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Present the clinic’s services, treatments, and packages; * Schedule and confirm appointments and procedures; * Follow up on leads and customers; * Support commercial initiatives and sales strategies; * Organize registrations and update information in the system; * Provide support to the team and contribute to the smooth operation of the reception/commercial area. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in customer service and sales; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency; * Prior experience in commercial, customer service, or reception roles is a plus. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary of **R$ 2.200,00**; * Pleasant and welcoming environment; * Opportunity for professional growth; * Employment at a leading clinic in integrated aesthetics.
