




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, support, and scheduling, as well as supporting processes, projects, file organization, and deadline management. Organization and maintenance of physical and digital files The professional will handle customer service, support, and scheduling; provide support for the company’s and each client’s processes/projects (monitoring, updating, and assisting in execution); organize and maintain physical and digital files (documents, contracts, spreadsheets, reports); update control spreadsheets; assist in managing company deadlines, appointments, and pending items; prepare reports; and support management in related activities. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:12 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
