Focus on continuous improvement and results **Work Location:** Sorocaba/SP (must reside in Sorocaba) **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Market-competitive ### **About the Role** We are looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to lead the unit's operational and logistics activities, ensuring process efficiency, operational quality, goal achievement, and team development. We seek a professional with strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and proven ability to manage people and performance indicators. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the operational team, including recruitment, training, development, performance monitoring, and compliance with policies and procedures; * Conduct regular visits to operational areas to verify pending replenishment, material handling, and inventory control issues; * Address production area requests, ensuring delivery deadlines are met and operational disruptions are avoided; * Monitor system-based activities related to order picking and material handling; * Identify and correct system data entry inconsistencies, supporting warehouse checkers and forklift operators; * Prepare daily reports on incidents and operational results; * Monitor performance indicators, service levels, and productivity, proposing corrective and continuous improvement actions; * Implement and supervise best practices in logistics and materials management; * Ensure achievement of operational targets, deadlines, and quality standards. ### **Mandatory Requirements** ✅ Completed Bachelor's degree; ✅ Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator, Senior Supervisor, or similar role in Operations/Logistics; ✅ Hands-on experience with warehouse routines and preservation of materials and parts; ✅ Experience managing operational teams and tracking performance goals; ✅ Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); ✅ Must reside in Sorocaba/SP; ✅ Willingness to travel occasionally (minimum once per year for performance review meetings). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of operational performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience with ERP systems and logistics control tools; * Familiarity with safety best practices applicable to logistics operations. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and team development; * Clear communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Organization and planning; * Problem-solving and decision-making; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Attention to detail.
