Results-oriented focus and achievement of targets **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Brief Description:** Manage the cooperative member portfolio and monitor its evolution through management reports, conduct visits for prospecting and negotiation of products and services, aiming at institutional and results growth, fulfillment of established targets, and generation of cooperative member satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the portfolio; * Prospect new cooperative members; * Conduct new business through visits and foster loyalty among new cooperative members; * Market the cooperative's products and services; * Prepare and follow up on credit proposals via electronic proposal; * Manage delinquency; * Support the development and improvement of products and services; * And other related activities. **Requirements:** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of financial institution products and services; * Experience in customer service and negotiation; * Market risk knowledge (credit, delinquency, etc.); * Active ANBIMA certification; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. **We seek candidates who possess:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Good interpersonal relationship skills; * Results-oriented focus and commitment to achieving targets. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, and/or Administration; * **Respect and appreciation for people are core values of ours; additionally, we have inclusive initiatives, and all our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** * **Our contact will be made via e-mail.
