




**PJ CONTRACT REGIME** Responsibilities: * Attend to and provide assistance with the CEO's daily personal demands, such as: phone calls, receiving and paying bills, shopping, organizing travel, typing and sending personal documents and emails; managing the budget, planning and organizing personal events, coordinating with stylists regarding clothing for recordings, events, travels and other routines, organizing household matters such as renovations, etc. * Keep equipment inventories up to date, report issues, manage personal appointments, and organize files. * Responsible for scheduling recordings with freelance videomakers for event coverage and accompanying the CEO’s commitments, as well as traveling when the communications advisor is unavailable. Implement necessary actions to fulfill the CEO’s commitments and communicate with other team members (executive secretary and advisors). Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial and administrative duties. * Flexible working hours.
