Desirable: * Datamine; * Ventsim; * Experience leading teams and projects. * Monitor technical and strategic indicators across various stages of the mining production process by tracking and developing action plans, aiming to meet established targets and identify potential optimizations; * Participate in managerial meetings, presenting planning reports and achieved results, contributing to technical decision-making; * Correct process anomalies using quality management tools and methodologies to eliminate deviations and failures; * Develop, validate, and technically manage service providers for mine operations; * Perform surveying activities and volumetric measurements, providing data for inventory management and operational decisions; * Submit technical reports to relevant environmental authorities to support the Environmental department; * Conduct inspections on company land areas, ensuring proper maintenance, use, and occupancy, preventing possible invasions and unsustainable environmental practices; * Develop and review procedures according to established methodologies and standards, conduct technical training, and contribute to team development and increased productivity and quality levels; * Carry out activities according to predefined standards of safety, quality, and environmental regulations to support the company in achieving its goals; * Assess and monitor technical risks in mines (geotechnical, hydrogeological, hydrological); * Manage mine infrastructure (ventilation, water, compressed air, power); * Update mine ventilation (Ventsim project, equipment capacity, diagrams and flowcharts, in compliance with NR 22 and NRM08\); * Survey points of water infiltration and percolation; * Cost management (budgeted vs. actual); * Planning and monitoring of PI\-Baltar; * Improvement projects (underground shift schedules, equipment, cycles, personnel, etc). 2511160202461872815
