After all, it's 100% Brazilian, made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate low-complexity machines and equipment related to the production process, starting up equipment and peripherals, verifying the feasibility of executing the production schedule according to production planning (PCP), ensuring all safety devices are functioning, and managing critical process variables to guarantee high performance. * Monitor maintenance activities on the equipment they operate, track raw material consumption, analyze and report deviations, periodically monitor rotating inventory, and perform various tasks related to the process to ensure smooth departmental operations. * Perform quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, disposing of rework material and cleaning equipment, reporting and quarantining non-conforming products, and verifying and ensuring adherence to the Technical Process Standard (TPS), thereby ensuring compliance with established quality standards. * Perform TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and participating in their resolution.
