Job Summary: Professional responsible for preventive maintenance of ornamental lakes and pools, performing manual labor, operating equipment, and adjusting parameters. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to swim and dive at various depth levels **Required Knowledge, Experience, and Prerequisites:** Experience in heavy-duty work and good physical condition to carry loads; experience in loading and unloading; ability to swim and dive at various depth levels; valid Class B driver's license; experience working with the preventive maintenance team for ornamental lakes and pools; knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is considered a plus. **Job Responsibilities:** Manual and heavy labor; preventive maintenance of natural lakes and pools; general equipment operation; good interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team; availability for short- and long-term travel; ability to swim and dive at various depth levels; sand fluffing; cleaning and pruning aquatic plants; daily scrubbing of stones; parameter measurement and adjustment. **Salary:** R$ 2.400,00 **Benefits:** 20% hazardous duty allowance on base salary, transportation allowance, company vehicle for commuting (within working hours), meal allowance (converted into a basic food basket) after four months of employment, UNIMED health insurance plan with employee co-payment. **Notes:** Availability for overtime and weekends, if required for training or route emergencies; working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
