Here, we practice our sense of ownership by looking with pride upon our products, our social projects, and the value of our brand. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and ensure execution of electrical maintenance activities; * Monitor adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule; * Evaluate opportunities for process improvement; * Research and approve new suppliers of materials, parts, and equipment, and assess performance of replaced items; * Plan hiring of third-party or temporary labor when necessary, monitoring quality and efficiency of performed services; * Support the maintenance team in decision-making, applying technical analysis and critical thinking to resolve faults. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH-B); * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); * Knowledge of ERP systems; * NR-10 certification; * NR-35 certification; * NR-18 certification. **Additional Information**
