Position: Senior Occupational Safety Technician Company: Eleng Engenharia, CPFL subcontractor City: Votorantim, SP Contract Type: CLT Compensation: \- Salary: BRL 4,508.00 \- Hazardous duty allowance (30%): BRL 1,352.40 \- Total: BRL 5,860.40 Benefits: \- Food voucher: BRL 282.50 per month \- Meal voucher: BRL 30.50 per working day \- Average VA+VR: BRL 1,008.84 per month \- Mobility allowance: BRL 300.00 per month Working Hours: \- Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 17:30 Responsibilities: \- Work in occupational safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company and client procedures, focusing on activities related to the electric power sector. \- Conduct field safety inspections, covering installation, maintenance, and replacement of smart meters, ensuring that teams follow specific safety standards for work in high-risk areas within the electric power sector. \- Supervise and guide field teams on safety procedures for activities such as meter replacement, electrical network inspections, interventions in measurement systems, and other operations related to electric power services. \- Identify risks specific to the electric power sector and propose corrective and preventive measures to mitigate accidents and occupational illnesses. \- Monitor and analyze safety conditions during field activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (NRs), especially NR-10 (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services). \- Prepare accident analysis reports, investigate incidents, and implement actions to prevent recurrence in activities related to the electric power sector. \- Participate in training sessions and capacity-building programs, sharing knowledge and information with the team when necessary, with a focus on safety for work in electrical power systems. \- Develop and implement safety procedures aligned with regulatory standards and company and client policies, considering the particularities of activities in the electric power sector. \- Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPC) in field activities. \- Assist in the development and updating of the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) and the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) for specific activities in the electric power sector. \- Perform other related duties as required. Requirements: \- Degree in Occupational Safety Technology (technical or higher education level). \- Proven experience in companies within the electric power industry (mandatory). \- Class B driver's license with good driving skills (mandatory). \- Knowledge of occupational safety regulatory standards, especially NR-10 (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services). \- Advantage: Experience managing field teams and knowledge of safety management systems.
