Assist in identifying/tagging assets at the industrial plant; Maintain and update identification of critical assets at the industrial plant using MTBF and Impediment plates; Collaborate in controlling inventory levels of maintenance supplies, placing purchase/acquisition requests with the responsible department to ensure process continuity; Maintain departmental document organization by archiving, numbering, and classifying them; Organize and control office supplies, requesting replenishment when necessary to ensure resource availability; Support and execute low-complexity administrative processes for all maintenance departments, ensuring information is properly organized within systems; Assist the area manager with administrative tasks and performance indicator tracking; Safeguard company property under their responsibility and report any problems or damages detected to their immediate supervisor; Identify and provide relevant information regarding the maintenance status of assets in the maintenance workshop; Assist in the asset decommissioning process via the CS system when field operations are deactivated; Receive externally maintained materials/assets from the warehouse and notify the planner; Track shipments of materials/assets sent for external maintenance; Perform physical monitoring and validation of inventory counts and integrity of reserve assets at the unit; Serve as liaison between local maintenance and corporate teams regarding inter-unit or corporate stock item transfers; Prepare a monthly report on area and related asset organization and cleaning; Control toolroom tools (inventory, reserves, returns) and maintain organization according to the 5S program; Issue Immediate Purchase Orders (IPOs) via the CS system; Issue tool purchase requests for the unit’s toolroom; Perform job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental tasks; responsible for immediately reporting to their direct supervisor any activity posing risks to their own or colleagues’ health; Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Uphold discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, verified through internal and external departmental audits. 2512220202491738272
