**Description:** **Mandatory:** Complete High School education Completed Technical Education in Nursing or Assistant level Active COREN registration Search for evidence and documents related to received demands, interacting with internal departments involved in any relation to the subject of the action or inherent evidence;Analyze demands focusing on conciliatory solutions and defense of supplementary health, aiming to identify potential procedural gaps and propose internal solutions and recommendations to clients, thereby retaining them and minimizing financial losses or any damage to the Group's reputation;Attend court hearings representing the Group, considering for such appearances the complexity and significance of cases according to the levels established for the position (JR/PL/SR);Prepare written arguments, drafting necessary documents to support the Institution’s defense strategies, and, in more critical cases, attend court hearings accompanying the outsourced law firm's lawyer during attempts to revoke preliminary injunctions and oral pleadings;Provide formal guidance (through defense memoranda, emails, system records, etc.) to service provider law firms regarding data collected related to processes under analysis, as well as on legal aspects relevant to the healthcare area;Monitor the progress of administrative or judicial proceedings to safeguard the hospital's interests;Draft legal documents, drafts, and opinions on administrative, civil, corporate, or other matters, applying appropriate legislation, format, and terminology to the issue at hand;Provide legal consultancy to other requesting departments for the development of their activities, indicating best practices and legal risks;Conduct specific studies on legal topics and issues of interest to the Institution, as well as analyze regulations from ANS - Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar and guide their application within the Institution;Prepare materials and gather management-relevant information, such as reports, spreadsheets, and data about workflows and processes;Study legal and other types of matters to align facts with applicable legislation;For the practice of the Lawyer position, it is essential that the incumbent holds a valid registration with the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB), and has fully settled all financial obligations with said organization;Perform other related tasks assigned to the position and/or determined by superiors. 2510300202211839265
