We are seeking a developer to join OUR DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS TEAM: The team responsible for all Digital Subscription Services at Bemobi (Apps Club, Discounts, and Busuu). We manage the full content publishing lifecycle via our CMS (Content Management System), from onboarding new partners to operational management of thousands of apps and games published across multiple markets. We seek a Junior Analyst to take ownership of publishing operations and optimization, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance across all stages of the content workflow. **This position is a temporary contract with potential for permanent conversion.** **\#BeABemober** **Responsibilities and Duties** Publishing Operations (Primary Focus): * Manage the full media (Android and HTML5) publishing workflow on the CMS platform * Execute and monitor publish, unpublish, and update processes for content * Validate and process asset uploads (APK, ZIP, icons, banners, screenshots) * Coordinate DRM implementation and resolve technical issues during the process * Manage monetization configurations, translations, exclusions, and disclaimers * Control and prioritize the publishing queue, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs * Perform quality assurance at every stage prior to publication Partner and Content Management: * Operational onboarding of new Content Providers onto the platform * Coordinate acceptance of T\&Cs and management of digital contracts * Monitor partner performance and evolution within Digital Subscriptions * Communicate publication status and resolve blockers with providers * Manage provider user permissions and CMS access rights Processes and Documentation: * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to publishing processes * Document operational procedures and create guides for partners * Generate and analyze usage, revenue share, and publication metrics reports * Extract data via spreadsheets for analysis and KPI tracking * Maintain an updated action history and audit trail Financial and Administrative Support: * Assist with financial adjustments and revenue share validation * Organize contract and addendum documentation * Validate payment information and coordinate with Finance Relationship and Negotiation: * Participate in meetings with Content Providers * Support negotiations and acquisition of new partners * Respond to providers’ technical and operational inquiries **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Technology, Communications, Digital Games, or related fields * Prior experience in product operations, content publishing, or digital platform management (internship or trainee roles accepted) * Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving orientation * High level of organization and attention to detail (critical for publishing QA) * Clear and concise communication (written and verbal) * Proactivity and autonomy in managing tasks * Intermediate/advanced English (for communication with international partners) Desirable: * Experience with Content Management Systems or publishing platforms * Knowledge of app store processes (Google Play, iOS) * Familiarity with mobile games and the broader app ecosystem * Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting * Experience in partner management or B2B operations Advantages: * Knowledge of DRM or digital content protection * Experience with subscription/freemium business models * Experience working in agile environments and using tools such as Jira * Basic SQL for queries and data extraction **Additional Information** **WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE!** **Bradesco National Health Plan \- extended to dependents at no additional cost per beneficiary;** **Bradesco Dental Plan \- optional;** **Flexible VR/VA \- maintained during vacations;** **PLR \- profit-sharing program;** **Wellhub;** **Birthday day off;** **Remote Work Allowance;** **Transportation Benefit (VT) as needed \- lawful payroll deduction permitted;** **Zurich Life Insurance;** **Free access to all our products \- AppsClub, Discounts Club, TrueCaller, BTFit, and Busuu;** **Access to internal training via digital platforms;** **Internal recognition program among colleagues \- Bemobucks.** #### **A pioneering technology company delivering mobile solutions and platforms for digital services, microfinance, and payment methods.** **At Bemobi, we value an innovative mindset and encourage everyone to become their best selves.
