Tetra Educação, a national reference in corporate market skills training, is seeking a **Collection Assistant** to join the finance team and support the company’s receivables management. We are a fast-growing edtech offering courses focused on the most in-demand market skills. We seek an organized, analytical professional with strong communication skills, experience in collections, and proficiency in Excel for financial control and supporting departmental decision-making. **Work Mode:** In-person **Location:** Campinas – SP **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active and passive collections via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels; * Monitor open invoices, delinquency, and negotiations with students/customers; * Record and update collection information in systems and control spreadsheets; * Negotiate payment terms, methods, and agreements, in accordance with company guidelines; * Verify payments, identify settlements, and support financial reconciliation; * Update collection and delinquency reports, contributing to sector analyses and KPIs; * Use Excel for financial control, data cross-referencing, and performance tracking; * Support the finance team in administrative routines related to collections; * Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and data organization. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * **Prior experience in collections** (active and/or passive); * **Intermediate-level Excel**, including proficiency in: * VLOOKUP; * Pivot tables; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for negotiations; * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Ability to handle multiple demands and financial information; * Knowledge of financial and administrative routines; * Proactivity and autonomy in daily tasks.
