




Performs administrative and commercial support tasks, including customer registration and updates in the ERP system, document collection, and support in credit analysis. Provides support to sales representatives in customer service, order processing, and opportunity tracking. Coordinates deliveries with logistics, monitors billing, and prepares commercial proposals. Interfaces with the finance department to send invoices, tracks orders in the pipeline via follow-up, and sends contracts for signature. Conducts transactions using the BNDES card, verifies orders in the ERP system, and assists in defending credit approval requests. Also provides post-sales support, updates system information for reporting purposes, and collaborates with various internal departments to ensure deadlines, pricing, and accurate information are maintained.
