Main responsibilities: * Analyze, map, and propose improvements to production processes (with focus on productivity and efficiency). * Standardize processes and technical documentation (work instructions, process sheets, etc.). * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities. * Monitor quality indicators and propose action plans (productivity, rework, scrap, OEE, etc.). * Support internal and customer audits (automotive sector). * Implement and maintain quality tools such as 5S, PDCA, FMEA, and MASP. * Participate in cross-functional integration between production and administrative areas, with a results-oriented approach. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. * Prior industrial experience, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, 5S). * Experience in continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing is a plus). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of metrology. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or similar). ⸻ Desired behavioral profile: * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and critical thinking. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels. * Commitment to deadlines and goals. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
