Job Summary: An engineering professional to manage and optimize industrial maintenance, aiming for zero downtime and defects, with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Management of third-party services and KPI monitoring Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering * People management experience; * Prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in base industries. Conduct Critical Maintenance Analysis within the pre\-established timeframe to identify root causes of equipment downtime or defects in the production area, by evaluating historical equipment performance, reviewing the content of the Preventive Plan to ensure its updating, proposing solutions, and aiming for zero downtime and zero defects; Assist in preparing the annual maintenance budget, utilizing historical data and performance tracking from previous fiscal periods, projecting equipment service life to support budget planning, and systematically monitoring budget execution; Participate in the development and review of maintenance procedures, safety plan assessments, standard methods and times for maintenance activities, identifying opportunities for improvement in safety, productivity, and environmental performance, as well as promoting team training on these standards and on safety and quality discussions, aiming to ensure required productivity and quality levels for maintenance excellence; Manage third-party services, monitoring safety and quality performance during execution, implementing controls throughout the work process according to contractual terms. Conduct activity close-out, adhering to final measurement evaluation criteria and required quality standards; Promote rationalization of activities focused on utilizing the Maintenance Management System, executing routine tasks and section controls, monitoring KPIs to meet pre\-established targets. 2512100202181912025
