Production Supervisor

Description: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related fields; * Knowledge of cement manufacturing processes; * Understanding of maintenance planning and control; * Management of KPIs in Production, Maintenance and Quality; * Proficiency in Office suite; * SAP system; * Experience in failure identification and analysis; * People management; * Inventory management. * Ensure operational safety by promoting safety actions, standards and procedures to raise team awareness and spread the culture of achieving Occupational Safety objectives; * Responsible for leading the entire shift team, ensuring that all routine tasks and emergency responses are executed with quality and within established deadlines; * Master operational concepts of rotary kiln, raw mill, coal mill, cement mills and co-processing system, as well as operate these equipments; * Identify improvement opportunities to increase equipment efficiency, reduce electricity consumption, raw materials and other inputs, thereby reducing production costs; * Take care of equipment under responsibility, ensuring necessary conservation actions and improvements in industrial facilities; * Supervise third-party activities, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses, required quality standards, internal norms and procedures; * Monitor major equipment shutdowns in the Unit; * Monitor and analyze performance of industrial equipment to take preventive or corrective actions, avoiding negative impacts on productivity and proposing improvements; * Assist in scheduling preventive or corrective maintenance of machinery and industrial equipment together with the maintenance department to optimize or avoid downtime; * Supervise corrective maintenance activities of machinery and industrial equipment; * Monitor and verify inventories of raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods, ensuring sufficient quantities to achieve planned production targets; * Manage the team, ensuring training and motivating employee engagement, contributing to organizational climate improvement initiatives; * Develop procedures, work instructions and control items. * Contribute to compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and policies, as well as maintain the 5S program in the industrial area 251112020218837256
