Then come with us: **POSITION: Fraud Prevention Analyst** **SOROCABA/SP CITY** **JOB MISSION:** Protect the company against fraud by analyzing data and creating strategies that ensure transaction security and a positive customer experience. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Analyze historical transaction data to identify behavioral patterns and develop effective fraud prevention rules; · Build, configure, and monitor rules in the anti-fraud tool, ensuring reduction of false positives and detection of fraudulent attempts; · Continuously analyze the performance of implemented rules, making adjustments and improvements based on results and emerging fraud trends; · Prepare documentation and manage chargeback disputes with card networks and acquirers, ensuring recovery of funds and process compliance; · Maintain close relationships with acquirers and payment partners to optimize authorization rates and minimize security impacts; · Analyze payment and authentication (login) flows to propose improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance the customer experience. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 3 years of experience in the role; * Knowledge of Cybersource tool; Clearsale, Unico, Konduto. * Knowledge of Clearsale tool; * Knowledge of Unico tool; * Knowledge of Konduto tool; * Analytical profile, logical reasoning. * Assertive communication, results-oriented, and teamwork. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Team management skills. * Knowledge of payment gateways and building payment orchestrator flows. * Knowledge of 3Ds, Dataonly, Auth0, and card network tools.
