Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical BI Specialist to join our team in the telecommunications sector. This role is critical for transforming data into meaningful insights that support our leadership’s decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and track business performance. The ideal candidate must possess solid BI, Excel, and PowerPoint expertise, with the ability to create accurate reports and engaging presentations for management and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze operational and sales data across various telecommunications channels. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, charts). Develop clear and professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership. Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure report accuracy and alignment. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business projects and initiatives. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
