**Job Summary:** Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications services, ensuring signal quality, proper equipment operation, and customer satisfaction, in compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **telecom service installations** (internet, fiber optic, telephony, and TV) * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** * Diagnose and resolve technical faults in networks and equipment * Configure modems, routers, and ONTs * Serve residential and business customers * Conduct signal and service quality tests * Complete work orders and technical reports * Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Driver’s license category **B** (mandatory) * Experience in telecom installation and repair (fiber optic experience is a plus) * Basic knowledge of networks, cabling, and telecom equipment * Availability for fieldwork and working at heights * Shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * NR 35 and NR 33 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.518,00 \- R$2.847,83 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance
