Develop active communication and a negotiation-oriented attitude **Logistics Analyst (Mid or Senior Level) | On-site | Iperó – SP** We are conducting a selection process for an **industrial sector company.** If you are an organized, analytical person who enjoys acting as a bridge between production, carriers, and customers, this opportunity may be for you. **Location:** Industrial District – Iperó/SP **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Model:** On-site ### **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate deliveries with carriers and customers (construction sites/resellers) * Issue Fiscal Invoices (NFe), ensuring correct tax treatment * Monitor delivery status (tracking) and act to resolve delays or incidents * Analyze freight rate tables and propose logistics cost optimizations * Maintain active communication with customers regarding order deadlines and status * Serve as the strategic link between production, transportation, and end customers ### **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in construction materials logistics or logistics of heavy/fragile goods * Proficiency in ERP systems * Knowledge of fiscal legislation for invoice issuance * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills * **Preferred Qualifications** * BI knowledge for indicator monitoring ### **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Clear communication and negotiation-oriented attitude * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical mindset, focused on continuous improvement * Proactivity in problem resolution ### **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Day Off * Educational Subsidy Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
