End-to-end management of import and export processes **Description** ------------- We are seeking a professional with proven experience in **International Trade**, capable of independently and strategically managing international operations with a focus on cost, timeline, and quality **to work for one of our multinational clients located in Salto\-SP.** This position requires **technical expertise in import and export operations, experience in international negotiations, and management of strategic suppliers**, as well as strong collaboration with internal departments such as Operations, Engineering, and Quality. **Key Responsibilities** End-to-end management of import and export processes Administration of special customs regimes, with emphasis on Drawback Analysis and validation of customs documentation Calculation of nationalization and import costs International negotiations with suppliers and logistics partners Development and qualification of key suppliers Monitoring of shipments, customs clearance, and logistics performance KPI monitoring for the department Strategic initiatives to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Solid experience in international operations Advanced knowledge of customs legislation Experience in international negotiations and contracts Advanced English proficiency (capable of conducting negotiations and technical discussions) **Experience with Drawback processes** **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education Level** Completed bachelor’s degree ### **Languages** Advanced English/Fluent English Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Profit-sharing program * Commuter allowance
