Currently, we seek a candidate with an analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and growth-oriented mentality to develop our digital operations. More than an operational professional, we want someone who can help structure, optimize, and expand e-commerce by bringing ideas, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Management and operation of marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, and others); * Creation and optimization of listings (title, image, description, and internal SEO); * Analysis of product and sales performance; * Support in pricing and commercial strategy definition; * Identification of opportunities for new products; * Inventory control and merchandise turnover; * Creation of performance reports and dashboards; * Assistance in tracking metrics (revenue, margin, conversion, etc.); * Interface with external consultants for continuous improvement; * Proposal of improvements and new projects for e-commerce growth. **Candidate Profile** * Analytical and results-oriented mindset; * Proactivity; * Interest in business growth and development; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proficiency with numbers and spreadsheets; * Willingness to continuously learn and evolve; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields); * Experience with e-commerce or marketplaces (preferred); * Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge; * Visual creation skills (preferred); * Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and data analysis; * Interest in sales and consumer behavior. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary negotiable; * Sales commission; * Meal allowance: R$ 400; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Birthday day off; * Ideal work environment to propose and develop new ideas and projects; * On-site work in Votorantim/SP. **Opportunity** This position is ideal for those who wish to grow alongside the company and have room to develop projects, ideas, and advance professionally.
