Focus on performance analysis and proposing corrective actions. A vehicle rental company is seeking a Controller Analyst in Itu (Jardim Estadio). Motory is a platform dedicated to buying and selling vehicles, offering a fully digital experience to facilitate automobile transactions. **Responsibilities:** Develop, analyze, and monitor budgets (forecast vs. actual). Conduct cost, expense, revenue, and margin analyses. Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs). Support monthly accounting and management closing processes. Analyze performance variances and propose corrective actions. Manage cost centers and chart of accounts. Support financial planning and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance of information with internal and external standards. Support internal and external audits. Interact with departments such as accounting, tax, finance, and operations. On-site work in Itu / SP.
