No prior experience in the field required We are seeking an air conditioning technical assistant for residential, commercial, and industrial maintenance and installation to support the company's operational activities, assisting the technical team with installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, installation of split wall-mounted, cassette, and floor-ceiling air conditioning units, and overall organization of fieldwork and base operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist technicians with residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning installation and maintenance; * Support transportation, organization, and preparation of tools, materials, and equipment; * Perform cleaning and organization of the worksite before, during, and after services; * Assist with light loading and unloading tasks; * Follow safety regulations and technical team instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Willingness to perform operational work and collaborate in a team; * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment; * Eagerness to learn (no experience in the field required). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an assistant, laborer, or in a technical field; * Interest in learning about air conditioning, installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with the position; * Opportunities for growth and learning in the field; * Organized and professional work environment.
