Follow our job openings and apply! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, when duly certified, forklifts or other motorized equipment used in loading, unloading, and handling goods during storage and dispatch of raw materials, inputs, and/or finished products—checking equipment condition prior to operation, verifying instrument panels, leaks, looseness, and irregularities in the lifting mast and forks, preparing the operating area, visually inspecting loads to confirm contents, weight, and volume, and forecasting materials required for storage (pallets and floor coverings); * Conduct daily functional checks of the machine, verifying cleanliness, mechanical controls, water, oil, and fuel levels, and completing reports as needed to document equipment defects—including observed mechanical failures—to guide preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Monitor and supervise activities related to preparation and movement of finished products from production to cold rooms and loading. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in this role; * NR11 — Forklift Operator Training Course; * Driver's License Category B; * Completed High School education; * Residence in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo — SP. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Meal Allowance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Life Insurance * “Acolher” Program (Psychological Support, Guidance, and Follow-up) * Education Assistance * Santa Massa Corporate University * Christmas Basket * Commemorative Date Activities * Discounted Product Sales on Commemorative Dates From a small bakery in the interior of São Paulo to one of the largest garlic bread manufacturers in the country—our story begins like this: with dedication, simplicity, hands-on effort, and, above all, great love.
