An animal nutrition industry company located in Cerqueira César/SP, with a lean structure and highly productive operations. The factory employs approximately 20 people and has a weekly production capacity of 5,000 to 6,000 tons of animal feed. The work environment is operational, collaborative, and oriented toward process efficiency, emphasizing safety, proper equipment maintenance, and uninterrupted production.
**Job responsibilities include**:
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment at the feed factory, such as mills, elevators, electric motors, conveyor belts, and mechanical and electrical systems;
* Diagnosing electromechanical failures, identifying root causes, and executing necessary repairs to ensure continuous production;
* Monitoring equipment performance and proactively preventing unplanned downtime;
* Performing adjustments, component replacements, lubrication, and calibrations as required by operational needs;
* Maintaining records and control of performed maintenance activities using spreadsheets and internal tracking systems;
* Responding immediately to emergency situations when required;
* Ensuring organization of the maintenance department, tools, and work equipment;
* Complying with safety regulations, internal procedures, and industrial best practices.
**Job Requirements:**
* Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance;
* Prior experience in a feed mill or similar industrial environment is desirable;
* Knowledge of maintenance for industrial equipment (mills, elevators, motors, conveyor belts, electrical and mechanical systems);
* Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours;
* Technical course in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is desirable.
**Compensation:**
* Negotiable salary based on experience;
* 30% hazard pay allowance.

**Working Hours:**
